About the authors
Two friends and mothers, Renee and Georgia, have combined their unique skill set to produce this educational resource for women.
Renee Jennings is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, specialising in pre and postnatal nutrition. She has a strong research foundation and loves connecting people through food.
Georgia Gregory is a high school English and Psychology teacher. She is a natural educator and a lover of nutritious food.
